In accordance with Australian Consumer Law Dr Patrick Briggs – Specialist Plastic Surgeon reserves the right to charge the full cost of consultation fees to the patient if the appointment is cancelled within 1 full working days of the scheduled appointment time or if the appointment is unattended. Appointments cancelled within three business days will result in the forfeit of the deposit taken for the appointment.
The demand for appointments With Dr Patrick Briggs is very high, so we ask that should you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment that at least 1 full working days notice for non-surgical appointments and 3 full working days notice for surgical appointments is provided. This will allow us to offer the appointment to our wait listed patients.
If appointments are cancelled or rescheduled by the patient with less time than outlined above they will attract a charge of the full consultation fee or loss of the paid deposit.
For surgical consultations, non-surgical and Medispa patients, this will result in the forfeiture of their deposit or charging of the full consultation fee (up to $250 for surgical, and up to $100 for non-surgical and Medispa appointments). We reserve the right to decline requests to subsequently rebook for the same patient.

Our cancellation of surgery policy is outlined on the written quote that is obtained upon consultation.
Email addresses recorded by us for specific requested services and subscriptions are not disclosed to third parties and remain secured by us. By submitting an online enquiry form and providing your email address you agree to receive marketing material from Dr Patrick Briggs’ practice. Patients are able to opt out of receiving such material at any time by unsubscribing through the specified channels.
